Galaxy S III rumored to launch in May |

The Samsung Galaxy S III may finally have its release date and launch at its own special event in May. Samsung's upcoming device is said to be 7mm thick, 1.49mm thinner than its predecessor. Sources have also claimed that the Galaxy S III will sport an 8MP rear-facing camera, 2MP front-facing camera, a Super AMOLED Plus display, and will run Android OS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). The device is also rumored to feature a 4.6 inch display with 1280 x 720 resolution, 2GB of RAM, and a quad-core processor.
