Samsung not looking into buying RIM |

A spokesperson for Samsung reported that the company is not interested in buying RIM. Earlier this morning, a report from Boy Genius that RIM's co-executive Jim Balsillie was meeting with companies that were interested in buying a part or all of RIM or licensing their software. Samsung was said to be the company that was leading the talks. With the original rumor was announced, RIM's stock rose 10 percent.
